
Virtual Hospice AND Home Health Accreditation Intensive

CHAP is excited to offer our customers a virtual version of our Accreditation Intensive. This event is for all of our customers regardless of what stage you are in of the accreditation process. In addition, the three day agenda makes it easy if you want to attend both Home Health and Hospice sessions: Day one: Hospice / Day two: Home Health & Hospice / Day Three: Home Health.
This registration is for the full THREE day event. If you are interested in attending only Home Health or only Hospice, please register for one of those two events specifically.
This event will focus on:
- The accreditation process
- The CHAP accreditation Standards,
- The most cited deficiencies
- Strategies to implement to attain improved compliance within your own organization
This is an interactive and engaging learning opportunity for our CHAP Home Health AND Hospice Accreditation customers! Join us on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, Oct. 26-28, 2021* starting at 10am each day.
*Prior to the live workshop, you will be required to complete a 1-hour on-demand course. This course will be available in mid-October and those registering prior to it's readiness will receive notification when it can be accessed in the content of this course.
Training will take place via Microsoft Teams and attendance of the entire training event is required for CE's.

This event has 13 Hospice CE for completion of the 1-hour pre-requisite, day one and day two of the event. An additional 5.25 Home Health CE will be awarded as a separate certificate for the individualized Home Health sessions on Day three.

How to obtain CE contact hours
The participant is required to complete the 1-hour on-demand pre-requisite and all sessions on each of the three days to receive CE for both sessions.
Participating in this workshop in no way guarantees the outcome of the accreditation process. The content is meant to help participants understand the accreditation process, learn common areas of deficiencies, understand how to gain compliance in the most commonly citied standards and utilize and implement the QAPI process.

Community Health Accreditation Partner
Bobbie Warner found her calling in community-based nursing over 25 years ago after working various roles in direct patient care and administrative positions in Home Health, Hospice, and Private Duty.
Warner began her career at CHAP more than 12 years ago. She began as a Site Visitor, then as a Senior Accreditation Manager and was promptly promoted to Director of Accreditation, and finally landed as Director of Education in 2020.
She is responsible for the development of educational content as well as facilitation of workshops and training. Warner is an expert facilitator and is especially knowledgeable on the topic of quality improvement, emergency planning, compliance with the CMS Conditions on Participation and the CHAP survey process.
