CHAP is excited to offer our customers a virtual version of our Accreditation Intensive. This event is for all of our customers regardless of what stage you are in of the accreditation process. In addition, the three day agenda makes it easy if you want to attend both Home Health and Hospice sessions:
Day one: Hospice
Day two: Home Health & Hospice
Day Three: Home Health.
This registration is for Home Health only (Days Two & Three). If you would like to attend both events (all three days) please register for the Hospice Accreditation Intensive as well.
This event will focus on:
- The accreditation process
- The CHAP accreditation Standards
- The most cited deficiencies
- Strategies to implement to attain improved compliance within your own organization
This is an interactive and engaging learning opportunity for our CHAP Home Health Accreditation customers! Here are some comments from attendees of our last Intensive: "I loved it and look forward to more education and partnering with Chap to help us provide the best patient care" & "I loved the presentation, everyone was amazing. We learned so much and feel confident that we will be prepared for our site visit. It relieves anxiety related to the visit and I would highly recommend the training."
Join us on Wednesday & Thursday, September. 28-29, 2022* starting at 10am Est. time each day.
*Prior to the live workshop, you will be required to complete a 1-hour on-demand course.
