This session is intended for CHAP accredited Home Health and Hospice providers. The intent of the presentation is to review the return to normal practices from waivers and flexibilities utilized during the public health emergency. Information will also be provided regarding the specific Home Health and Hospice Standards of Excellence that are relevant to these changes.
OBJECTIVES
The attendee will be:
- Aware of the waivers and flexibilities that have ended
- Aware of the waivers and flexibilities that will continue due to regulatory changes
- Aware of the CHAP Home Health and Hospice standards that are relevant to these changes.
