October 2026 VIRTUAL Home Care/Private Duty Accreditation Intensive & Consultant Training

This session is intended for all CHAP Home Care accredited agencies or those who wish to learn about the CHAP Standards of Excellence for Home Care. The two-day session will provide an overview of the CHAP Standards for Home Care, the most frequent citations in each area, and tips for dealing with these challenges. This service line was previously known as private duty and includes both skilled and non-skilled private duty services.

This event is for all of our customers regardless of what stage of the accreditation process you are in. This is an interactive, virtual event designed to promote the active participation of each individual attendee and, as such, each registration is an individual registration. 

The attendee will be educated on:

• The format for the Home Care Standards of Excellence
• An overview of the Standards in each of the *nine Key Performance Areas
• The top deficiencies in each area
• Tips for Success to handle the top deficiencies
• Engagement activities to reinforce knowledge 

This is an interactive and engaging virtual learning opportunity for our CHAP Home Care Accreditation customers or those looking to leverage their home care experience by becoming a CHAP Certified Home Care Consultant!

*This workshop also serves as new or renewing consultant training. There will be a consultant competency exam requirement for those who wish to become a CHAP Certified Consultant (must have 80% to pass and complete testing within 6 months of completing the course).
