Welcome to Navigating OASIS-E2: A Practical Training for Home Health Professionals. This four-course, comprehensive, asynchronous training is designed to prepare home health clinicians, QA professionals, and clinical leaders to accurately code OASIS-E2 assessments, scoring, and submission. This course is perfect for new hires, to cover annual learning requirements, or just as a great skills refresher.
OASIS-E2 implementation became effective April 1, 2026, OASIS-E2. These courses translate CMS guidance into practical, real-world application.
Throughout these courses, learners will explore the transition from OASIS-E1 to OASIS-E2, all payer requirements, required time points and assessment timing, core OASIS conventions, high risk items, and common scoring errors. Case based scenarios and scoring labs reinforce correct application of guidance, while quality assurance and submission content supports compliance and audit readiness.
Upon completion, participants will be able to confidently complete OASIS E2 assessments, reduce errors, support accurate payment and quality outcomes, and align agency practices with CMS expectations. The course is designed for on demand use and serves as both initial training and an ongoing reference tool for home health clinicians.
These on-demand courses will track your progress and allow you to pick up where you left off as you work through the each one.
*Learners are eligible for 6 hours of continuing education - ANCC Nursing Contact Hours upon successful completion of the course material and survey submission.
