*Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP) is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. To obtain contact hours, you must attend the training sessions and successfully fulfill all other mandated program requirements.
**This workshop also serves as new or renewing consultant training. There will be an additional registration fee of $49 for the consultant competency exam (must have 80% to pass) for CHAP Consultant Certification. *Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP) is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. To obtain contact hours, you must attend the training sessions and successfully fulfill all other mandated program requirements.
Administrators
As a nationally recognized organization, CHAP’s workshops qualify under the Texas Administrative Codes §558.259 and §558.260 for Initial Educational Training and Continuing Education in Administration of Agencies.
Participating in this workshop in no way guarantees the outcome of the accreditation process. The content is meant to help participants understand the accreditation process, learn common areas of deficiencies, gain compliance with the most commonly cited standards, and utilize and implement the QAPI process.

To obtain contact hours for this activity, you must be logged on and present, miss no more than 20 minutes of the activity for days 1 and 2, miss no more than 15 minutes of the activity for day 3, and submit an evaluation.

With over 25 years of experience in the post-acute care industry, Linda has worked extensively in adult and pediatric home health, hospice, and palliative care. Her deep expertise spans clinical operations, strategic planning, and the development of quality provider networks for health plans.
Linda’s career has been defined by her commitment to overcoming the challenges of delivering exceptional care in post-acute environments. She collaborates with organizations to enhance financial performance, operational efficiency, and clinical outcomes. Drawing on her in-depth understanding of day-to-day business operations, she guides healthcare providers toward achieving their strategic goals while prioritizing patient-centered care.
Linda is deeply involved in advancing care quality across the continuum of health services. She focuses on chronic disease management, medical home models, and end-of-life care to improve collaboration between providers and ensure better patient outcomes.
Linda’s passion for healthcare is both personal and professional. She has actively contributed to the evolution of healthcare by driving innovative approaches that enhance care processes and elevate patient experiences. A Registered Nurse with an MBA in Healthcare Management, Linda resides in Jupiter, Florida, where she remains dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the healthcare field.
Natalie Venable
Learning Solutions

Natalie Venable earned her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Science from Eastern Kentucky University in 2012, followed by a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2014. Her extensive career as an occupational therapist spans various settings, including outpatient care for both adult and pediatric populations, skilled nursing facilities, and home health services. Over the past six years, Natalie has dedicated her expertise to home health and hospice, assuming key leadership roles in quality assurance, compliance, and regulatory affairs.
Natalie is the founder and CEO of Thrive Healthcare Solutions, LLC, and works on the CHAP as Learning Solutions Team. Specializing in enhancing quality outcomes, survey preparedness, and operational efficiencies. Additionally, Natalie holds certifications as a Lean Healthcare Professional, COS-C, and CHAP Certified Consultant, further underlining her commitment to excellence in healthcare management and improvement.
Victoria (Vicki) Barron
Director of Clinical Education
Vicki is a multistate registered nurse with more than 40 years of healthcare experience. The majority of her experience has been based in the home services arena including home health, hospice, home care and home infusion. Most recently, Vicki served as a clinical consultant supporting agencies across the U.S. to achieve regulatory compliance. Vicki has also served as a CHAP site visitor, home health, home care and hospice administrator and clinic director and as a marketing director for home health and home infusion organizations. She has achieved the Certified HOPE Specialist-Clinical credential and is a CHAP Certified Home Health and Hospice Consultant.
Vicki achieved her Associate of Science in Nursing from West Georgia College and later completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University. Vicki is married with 3 adult children. She and her family have taken many road trips and have tent-camped across the lower 48 states spending time in all. They are also boaters and hikers and have visited Disney World many times over the years.
