Hospice Accreditation Intensive (San Diego, CA)

CHAP is excited to offer our customers West Coast option for our Accreditation Intensive. This event is for all of our customers regardless of what stage you are in of the accreditation process. 

This event will focus on: 

1. The accreditation process 
2. The CHAP accreditation Standards 
3. The most cited deficiencies 
4. Strategies to implement to attain improved compliance within your own organization 

This is an interactive and engaging learning opportunity for our CHAP Hospice Accreditation customers! Join us on Tuesday & Wednesday  Feb. 1-2, 2022 in San Diego, CA. Training starts at 8:30am on Tuesday, 02/01/22 and will conclude Wednesday, 02/02/22 at 2:30pm.

Attendance of the entire training event is required for CE's. 

General price $899 - Partner priced at $699. Space is limited due to the interactive nature of our workshops, register early to reserve your spot. Each participant needs to have their own Education account and register for the workshop from that account.
