December 2025 Clinical Manager Certification Workshop

This comprehensive training session is designed to equip clinical managers with essential skills for robust regulatory compliance, integrated with essential leadership and communication skills.

Additionally, participants will learn about fundamental home health and hospice finances, including practical strategies for budgeting and resource management that align with financial compliance and ethical guidelines, ensuring all operational decisions support regulatory integrity.

• Define clinical oversight and identify the roles of key regulatory bodies impacting home health and/or hospice operations, ensuring comprehensive understanding of compliance requirements.
