CHAP Hospice Licensure Standards of Excellence v.1.1.2

CHAP is contracted with several states to complete the licensure site visit. This may enable providers to attain licensure sooner than through other means. This set of standards is a subset of the total Hospice standards and includes only those requirements which would need to be in place to obtain licensure. The current version (V.1.1.2) included two additions to key terms: pseudo-patient and simulation. No changes in the licensure standards.
