Advanced Home Health Value-Based Purchasing (HHVBP) - (CHAP On-Demand)

Welcome to Advanced Home Health Value-Based Purchasing (HHVBP).  This course is designed to expand your understanding of the HHVBP Model including how to read and interpret your quarterly and annual reports to help you create an action plan that will drive quality measures to improve patient care and mitigate payment reductions.  

After completion of this course, learners will have the ability to:

1. State the measure categories and associated payers for each. 
2. Define a HHVBP Baseline Year and how it relates to the Performance Year in HHVBP.
3. Identify the Small and Large Cohorts, and how the measurements for each compare and contrast relative to minimum data requirements.
4. Recognize how the new measure MSPB-PAC (Medicare Spending Per Beneficiary/Post Acute Care) is calculated.
5. Analyze how to read and define your Performance Reports: Interim and Annual.
