Add-on Product for Verification

CHAP is pleased to announce the launch of CHAP Verified status, granted to tools and resources used by community-based care providers that, through rigorous inspection, show no roadblocks to executing the CHAP Standards, and innovate to improve the delivery of high-quality care. CHAP Verification provides customers with a list of tools and resources they can feel confident about using.

After registration is complete, the acknowledgment must be submitted prior to scheduling the product review.

*Verification requires completion within one year of registration. Verification period is for three years; renewal is required to maintain verified status. Use of recording and AI is not allowed during verification appointment.
