2020 Top Ten Findings for Home Health - August 19, 2021 @ 3pm EST

This one-hour webinar will present the ten most cited findings from data gathered for Home Health site visits in 2020. The most common reason that each finding is cited will be reviewed, as well as strategies for compliance. Attendees will have opportunity to ask questions of the presenters who include a CHAP Director of Accreditation and the Director of Education. 

Have a specific question? Once registered, write the question in the discussion tab for this webinar product under the "My Courses" section and click submit. We will attempt to answer submitted questions during the webinar session.

This webinar will be conducted using Microsoft Teams as the platform. An email will be sent on August 16, 2021 which will include the event invitation. Instructions for access will be attached to the invite. The webinar can be accessed through a desktop of browser version of Microsoft Teams. A toll-free phone number will also be available for those who might not be able to access the webinar by computer.
