Hospice Compare: Improving and Tracking Your Quality Outcomes

Back to Package

This on-demand webinar reviews the publicly reported Hospice Compare quality measures, including both the Hospice Item Set (HIS) and Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) surveys. Discussion includes current state and national outcomes, trends, who’s looking at this information, and what to expect in the near future. Importantly, this webinar also explores several techniques to strengthen your hospice program’s quality – and therefore increasing your Hospice Compare ratings.

Learning Objectives

At the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:

  1. Analyze their own publicly reported Hospice Compare measures and compare them to competitors and state / national benchmarks.
  2. Assess their own hospice quality initiatives for strengths and weaknesses.
  3. Develop hospice quality initiatives that will strengthen their own hospice programs, and thereby improve their Hospice Compare results.
