Educational Course Verification

CHAP is pleased to announce the launch of CHAP Verified status, granted to tools and resources used by community-based care providers that, through rigorous inspection, show no roadblocks to executing the CHAP Standards of Excellence, and innovate to improve the delivery of high quality care. CHAP Verification provides customers with a list of tools and resources they can feel confident about using.

After registration is complete, a CHAP representative will contact you shortly to talk through next steps.

*Verification requires completion within one year of registration. Verification period is for three years; renewal is required to maintain verified status. Use of recording and AI is not allowed during verification appointment.
